We had PERFECT weather for "birthday weekend." It was in the 70s Friday, Sat and Sun.
We hit Boulder's Fall Fest on Friday night, and biked to the farmer's market and lunch with friends on Saturday. Today, we went out for breakfast, mountain biked, had drinks in Nederland, and then relaxed on our back deck for a long time. I spent an hour-and-a-half reading a fashion magazine - how indulgent! It's been months or maybe years since I've done that.

The morning began with our 13-year-old cat licking the blinds, as he does every day. Don't ask us why.
